In the most recent example, a client came to us with the objective of increasing their user sign-ups for a running event. When we took a look at their sign-up page, we realised a few problems:
Problems
1. All the information
about the run was not contained within the landing page.
2. The design of
the landing page did not focus the user on a single Call-to-Action –
Registration.
3. There are 2 navigation menus on the page which confused
users.

Solutions
A. We re-designed the page
to focus on the Why/Where/What and included a video clip to
bring to speed some of the information.
B. We increased the size of the
“Registration” button and gave it a bright striking colour to draw attention.
C. We removed the top navigation menu bar and placed more emphasis on the
“Registration” menu tab.
